The RC plays an important role in organizing recruiting activities and developing candidate relationships, and it is frequently where applicants get their first impression of PhonePe. This candidate will be an organizational guru, able to work successfully with internal and external customers and candidates, have excellent communication skills, be able to shift gears at a moment's notice, and embrace the challenges of helping to build a great team of talented people.\nResponsibilities\nSchedule interviews and work directly with recruiters\n\nCoordinate on written/online assessments for the candidates\n\nSupporting in interviewing scheduling, rescheduling & completing interview process\n\nProvide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email\n\nTrack recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status\n\nPost-interview debrief scheduling\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency\n\nEducate clients on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process\n\nVendor Engagement -
