In this role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to our organization, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to business units. You will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives, supporting employee relations, and ensuring organizational compliance with HR policies and practices. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organizational culture and employee experience while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nPartner with business unit leaders to understand organizational needs and develop tailored HR strategies and solutions\nProvide expert HR consultation to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and policy interpretation\nSupport the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding processes\nFacilitate conflict resolution and handle sensitive employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality\nConduct performance review cycles and provide guidance to managers on effective feedback and development conversations\nEnsure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws\nAnalyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend process improvements\nSupport talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development programs\nMaintain accurate HR documentation and records while ensuring data confidentiality\nParticipate in HR projects and change management initiatives to support organizational objectives\nConduct training sessions and workshops on HR policies, compliance, and best practices\n **Required Qualifications:**\n3-5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar business partnering role\nStrong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and talent management principles\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels\nProficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\nProblem-solving ability and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive matters\nDemonstrated understanding of Indian labor laws and employment regulations\n**Preferred Qualifications:**\nExperience working in a multi-site or matrix organizational structure\nProficiency in HR analytics and data analysis\nExperience facilitating training programs and workshops\nKnowledge of change management principles and practices\nCertification in HR (such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent)\nExperience with employee engagement and organizational development initiatives\n PhonePe Full Time Employee Benefits (Not applicable for Intern or Contract Roles)\nInsurance Benefits -
