In this role, you will bridge the gap between business vision, engineering execution, and external ecosystem partners. You will own complex cross-functional execution, institute project delivery governance, and leverage technical depth to ensure predictable, high-quality, and scalable platform deployments.\nRoles & Responsibilities\n1. Project Planning & Execution\nEnd-to-End Planning: Independently create and maintain end-to-end project plans for multiple concurrent projects. Define clear project-specific KPIs, map complex cross-team dependencies, and construct comprehensive risk-mitigation strategies.\n\nExecution & Momentum: Drive the execution of multiple concurrent workstreams, proactively filtering daily noise to keep engineering and product teams focused on high-value milestones.\n\nDependency & Blocker Resolution: Actively identify cross-system dependencies and lead the resolution of complex, multi-team execution bottlenecks.\n\n2. SDLC & Project Governance\nProcess Ownership & Auditability: Own and audit the end-to-end delivery process across the SDLC. Ensure JIRA workflows, Confluence documentation, and BRD/FRD-to-deployment linkages are fully traceable and seamless.\n\nQuality & Release Readiness: Independently manage release readiness, ensuring all business and technical acceptance criteria are verified prior to deployment.\n\nTooling Excellence: Act as a custodian of project management tooling (JIRA/Confluence), maintaining data hygiene and enforcing standardized sprint rituals.\n\n3. Technical Acumen & Process Automation\nSystem Integration: Connect the dots across complex systems, understanding how internal platforms interact with external third-party vendors and partners via APIs, SDKs, and data pipelines.\n\nTechnical Metrics: Monitor and act on core tech metrics (e.g., API latency, error rates, state-machine transitions, integration bottlenecks).\n\nProcess Automation: Proactively identify manual, repetitive operational tasks and suggest engineering or tooling solutions to automate them, improving project predictability and efficiency.\n\n4. Domain & Business Logic Execution\nFunctional Ownership: Quickly grasp complex domain logic (e.g., transaction lifecycles, state transitions, regulatory mandates, partner onboarding rules) to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.\n\nRisk & Edge Case Identification: Review technical designs and flows to flag domain-specific edge cases, ensuring business rules and complex logic are accurately implemented before rollouts.\n\n5. Stakeholder Management & Communication\nTailored Communication: Adapt written and verbal updates effortlessly based on the audience-speaking \"Tech\" to developers, \"Business\" to strategy leads, and synthesized updates to Product.\n\nPartner Alignment: Independently lead external vendor/partner syncs and internal reviews, ensuring complex technical dependencies and business requirements are clearly negotiated and aligned.\n\nConflict Resolution: Resolve cross-functional disagreements by presenting data-backed trade-offs between speed-to-market, scope, and technical rigor.\n\n6. Mentorship & Team Growth\nMentorship & Hiring: Actively participate in interviewing and evaluating candidates. Mentor junior project managers on project management frameworks and help balance workload distribution across projects.\n\nMandatory Qualifications & Skill Set\nExperience: 4+ years of core Technical Project Management / Software Delivery experience in fast-paced product-tech companies.\n\nAgile & SDLC Expertise: Mastery of core project management practices, JIRA/Confluence administration, and managing multi-sprint deployment workflows.\n\nTechnical Depth: Demonstrated ability to read architecture flows, API specs, and state diagrams to diagnose integration bottlenecks or data flow issues.\n\nDomain Adaptability: Strong ability to quickly learn and master complex business/functional domains (e.g., payment flows, partner workflows, transactional systems).\n\nCommunication: Exceptional written and verbal skills with a proven track record of writing structured specs and leading cross-functional alignment calls.\n\nPreferred / Advanced Capabilities (Good to Have)\nFintech / InsurTech Context: Prior background in Insurance, Payments, Banking, or complex third-party platform integrations.\n\nStrategic Planning: Ability to lead long-term roadmap planning across multiple engineering PODs, utilizing advanced capacity modeling and strategic dependency forecasting.\n\nSDLC Standardization: Experience defining and governing domain-level SDLC processes and organizational workflows that systematically remove friction.\n\nHigh-Stakes Leadership: Proven ability to navigate major organizational shifts, command senior executive briefings, and author \"Gold Standard\" technical and business documentation (PRDs/FRDs/BRDs).\n\n 5+ years of professional experience in project management, with at least 3 years in technical or software development environments\nProven expertise in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall approaches\nStrong technical acumen with the ability to understand software development processes, architecture, and technical constraints\nDemonstrated proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent platforms\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach to project execution\nProficiency
