You will play a key role in educating and preparing customer-facing teams for new product and feature launches-ensuring they have the knowledge, supporting collateral, guidance, and systems to confidently onboard, support, and grow customer adoption.\nPartnering across Product, Product Marketing, Education, Support, Success, Growth, Sales, and Regional teams, you will establish scalable standards, establish our end-to-end product content strategy, drive digital adoption via tools like Pendo, and leverage AI to scale operational efficiency. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape internal product education, scale knowledge systems, and optimize product adoption globally.\nWhat You’ll Do\nGlobal Strategy & Governance: Define and evolve Phorest’s global approach to product enablement, launch readiness, and internal education. Establish scalable frameworks and governance that enable consistent execution across functions and regions.\n\nLaunch Readiness & Change Management: Partner across Product, Product Marketing, Release & Launch Operations, and regional teams to translate product strategy into clear launch plans, ensuring customer-facing teams are fully equipped to operationalize new capabilities.\n\nScalable Education & Knowledge Systems: Design learning pathways, training programs, playbooks, and self-service knowledge ecosystems that build product capability, streamline PM onboarding, and reduce operational reliance on Product Managers.\n\nEnd-to-End Product Content Strategy: Own Phorest’s product content lifecycle-defining standards for Jira, Notion, release notes, feature catalogues, and release communications to ensure consistent product messaging across all internal and external touchpoints.\n\nDigital Adoption & Pendo Governance: Own the strategy and operating standards for Pendo and in-product guidance, utilizing digital adoption interventions to drive activation, engagement, and sustained feature usage.\n\nData-Driven Outcomes & Feedback Loops: Define success metrics for enablement initiatives, combining product data, customer insights, and frontline feedback to diagnose adoption barriers and deliver targeted education programs.\n\nProduct Expertise & AI Scaling: Serve as a senior product expert across Phorest products and industry workflows, while leveraging AI, automation, and operational improvements to increase enablement leverage and self-service.\n\nWhat You Bring\n7+ years’ experience in Product Enablement, Product Operations, Customer Enablement, Product Adoption, Customer Success Operations, Learning, or a related SaaS discipline\n\nProven ownership of a strategic, cross-functional domain with significant organizational impact and a track record of driving complex product launches and change management\n\nDeep expertise in designing scalable enablement, education, knowledge, or digital adoption programs\n\nStrong product, customer, and commercial acumen with the ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes and customer value\n\nStrong analytical capability, using quantitative product/customer data and qualitative insight to identify knowledge gaps and drive solutions\n\nProven ability to influence senior stakeholders, build alignment, and deliver cross-functional outcomes without direct authority\n\nExceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex product capabilities for various internal and external audiences\n\nHands-on experience with digital adoption platforms (such as Pendo) and product analytics tools\n\nA growth mindset and comfort using AI, automation, and modern tools to optimize operational scale and self-service\n\nBenefits\nYour wellbeing is important to us - we provide private healthcare, 2 Wellness Days, an employee assistance program and a free online GP service.\nAs part of our Financial Wellbeing, we provide competitive Compensation, an Employee Share Purchase Scheme, Pension, Life Assurance, and Income Protection.\nWe help you travel by providing a bike to work scheme as well as tax saver transport tickets.\nWe support the women who work in Phorest by offering 2 weeks leave for Fertility Treatment, Pregnancy Loss and Menopause.\nWe care for your family and provide Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Benefits.\nWe grow our own timber!
