This role requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and a solid understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and modern data technologies.\nThe AI Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI and automation initiatives.\nGather, document, and translate business requirements into AI/ML use cases.\nWork with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.\nCollaborate with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to develop AI models and solutions.\nEvaluate model performance and provide recommendations for improvement.\nPerform data validation, cleansing, and quality assessments.\nCreate dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.\nMonitor AI solution effectiveness and track key performance metrics.\nConduct research on emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.\nSupport AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI practices.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications AI & Machine Learning\nStrong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.\nKnowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.\nFamiliarity with NLP (Natural Language Processing), LLMs, and AI-powered applications.\nExperience evaluating AI model outputs and performance metrics.\nData Analysis\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working with structured and unstructured datasets.\nAbility to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights from data.\nExperience in data visualization and reporting.\nTechnical Skills\nProficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.\nWorking knowledge of Python for data analysis and AI-related tasks.\nExperience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.\nUnderstanding of data warehouses, databases, and ETL processes.\nFamiliarity with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI Services, or Google Vertex AI is preferred.\nGenerative AI\nExperience with ChatGPT, Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or other Generative AI platforms.\nUnderstanding of prompt engineering techniques.\nFamiliarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.\nKnowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and model evaluation practices.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, AI Analysis, or related roles.\nExperience working on AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI projects.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\nCertification in AI, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or Cloud Technologies is a plus.\nNice to Have\nExperience with Prompt Engineering.\nKnowledge of Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.\nExperience with LLMs, Vector Databases, and RAG architectures.\nFamiliarity with MLOps concepts and model monitoring.\nExposure to AI-powered automation tools and chatbots.\nKey Competencies\nAnalytical Thinking\nProblem Solving\nCommunication & Stakeholder Management\nData Interpretation\nBusiness Acumen\nAttention to Detail\nCollaboration & Teamwork\nContinuous Learning Mindset\nLocation: Open\nExperience: 2 to 6 Years (can be adjusted based on requirement)\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\nCompensation, Benefits and Duration\nMinimum Compensation: USD 38,000\nMaximum Compensation: USD 135,000\nCompensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
