As a Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a variety of blockchain-based projects, ensuring their security, reliability, and performance.\nResponsibilities:\nBlockchain Development:\nDesign, develop, and implement blockchain solutions, including smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps).\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document project requirements.\nEnsure the security and integrity of blockchain systems.\nSmart Contract Development:\nWrite, test, and deploy smart contracts on various blockchain platforms such as Ethereum and others.\nAudit and optimize existing smart contracts for security and efficiency.\nProtocols and Consensus Algorithms:\nResearch and implement consensus algorithms and cryptographic techniques for blockchain networks.\nStay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to blockchain development.\nIntegration:\nIntegrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and applications.\nCollaborate with front-end and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of blockchain components.\nPerformance Optimization:\nIdentify and address performance bottlenecks in blockchain networks.\nOptimize and scale existing blockchain infrastructure.\nSecurity:\nImplement security best practices to safeguard blockchain systems against vulnerabilities and attacks.\nConduct regular security audits and code reviews.\nDocumentation:\nCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for all blockchain-related projects.\nProvide technical support and training to other team members as needed.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience in blockchain development, including smart contract development and DApp deployment.\nSolid understanding of blockchain technologies, consensus algorithms, and cryptography.\nProficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Python, or Go.\nExperience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.\nPreferred Skills:\n Strong understanding of key blockchain concepts (finality, MEV, reorgs, gas fees, etc)\n Experience analyzing on-chain data and blockchain explorers (Etherscan, Solscan, Blockchain, etc.)\nKnows the difference between proof of work vs proof of stake consensus mechanisms\n Understanding of DAO structures and governance models (goes hand in hand with #3)\n Knows how crypto staking is performed (goes hand in hand with #3)\nHas experience with Bitgo, Anchorage, and Coinbase\n Understanding of wallet architectures (custodial vs non-custodial, multi-sig, MPC, cold wallets)\nUnderstands “Crypto Actions” - for example, hard vs soft forks in the network, airdrops, token swaps, rights issues, mergers/acquisitions\n Knowledge of crypto regulatory landscape (compliance, KYC/AML, FATF Travel Rule)\nExperience with crypto tax implications and accounting tools\n Knowledge of cross-chain protocols and interoperability solutions (bridges, wrapped tokens)\nSolidity programming language\nExperience in deploying smart contracts to the Ethereum network\n\nCompensation, Benefits and Duration\nMinimum Compensation: USD 38,000\nMaximum Compensation: USD 135,000\nCompensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
