emerging trends in design, advertising, technology, culture, social media, and consumer behaviour.\nIdentify opportunities to improve the brand’s creative presence and market positioning.\nBuild and maintain relationships with external agencies, freelancers, production houses, photographers, and other creative partners.\nEstablish creative processes, workflows, and quality-control standards for the team.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.\n8+ years of relevant creative experience, with significant experience leading creative teams or projects.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, campaign development, visual communication, and creative storytelling.\nProven experience developing creative concepts from strategy through execution.\nStrong understanding of design principles, typography, photography, video, digital media, and brand communication.\nExcellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to balance creative ambition with business objectives.\nStrong project-management and decision-making abilities.\nExperience working with creative software and tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or equivalent platforms.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative
