Owners and Scrum Masters to plan releases, prioritize technical work, and manage delivery risks. \nMonitor project execution, engineering velocity, and delivery quality. \nEnsure engineering deliverables meet timelines, quality standards, and business expectations. \nDrive continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and DevSecOps best practices. \nPeople Leadership\nMentor and coach engineers, technical leads, and senior developers. \nConduct technical reviews, performance evaluations, and career development planning. \nFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance engineering culture. \nSupport hiring, onboarding, and technical interviewing activities. \nPromote knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and continuous learning across teams. \nQuality & Operational Excellence\nChampion engineering best practices including code reviews, automated testing, observability, and secure development. \nImprove engineering processes through metrics, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives. \nEnsure production readiness through monitoring, logging, incident management, and root cause analysis. \nDrive technical debt reduction and platform modernization initiatives. \nStakeholder Collaboration\nPartner with Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders. \nCommunicate engineering progress, technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to leadership. \nSupport strategic planning, roadmap development, and technology investment decisions. \nAI-Assisted Engineering\nLeverage enterprise-approved generative AI tools to improve engineering productivity across software design, development, documentation, testing, code review, debugging, and knowledge management while adhering to organizational governance and security policies. \nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. \n10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years leading engineering teams. \nProven experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications across web, mobile, backend, and cloud platforms. \nStrong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native development. \nExperience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), backend technologies (.NET, Java, Node.js, or similar), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). \nExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, containerization, and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. \nStrong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. \nExcellent problem-solving, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. \nExperience mentoring engineers and leading distributed technical teams. \nPreferred\nExperience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Retail, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries. \nHands-on experience with observability platforms, SRE practices, and production operations. \nExperience leading digital transformation, modernization, or cloud migration initiatives. \nProfessional certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Scrum, SAFe, or Architecture are Compensation: USD 44,000\nMaximum Compensation: USD 154,000\nCompensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
