You will collaborate across engineering and business teams to drive operational excellence and resolve complex platform challenges and be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting applications across both the front-end (user interface) and back-end (business logic, APIs, databases, and infrastructure) layers.\nThe Value You Deliver\nResponsible for end-to-end lifecycle of building solutions, including requirements analysis, design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and support full stack applications and data platform capabilities across environments.\nImplement automated testing, code-quality controls, dependency checks, vulnerability scanning, secure coding practices, and deployment governance across UI, API, data, and infrastructure layers.\nStrong analytical skills and ability to tackle issues and work through ambiguous situations by making timely decisions based on facts, knowledge, experience and judgement\nCollaborate with business, product, architecture, engineering, and leadership teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and communicate operational metrics, findings, risks, and recommendations.\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and support engineering productivity.\nParticipate in code reviews, architecture discussions, technical documentation, incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.\nThe Skills that are Key to this role\nStrong hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript, and Single Page Application development.\nExperience building modular front-end solutions using micro frontend architecture, reusable components, shared libraries, and performance-focused design.\nWorking knowledge of React is preferred.\nProficiency in Java or Python for backend services, APIs, automation, and platform engineering.\nExperience designing secure REST/JSON APIs, service integrations, and data-access layers using relational and/or NoSQL technologies.\nExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Groovy, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.\nExperience with automated testing, code-quality controls, vulnerability scanning, and tools such as pytest and SonarQube.\nYou have passion for technology and the financial domain with demonstrated ability to learn quickly.\nYou Delivery focus with the ability to take full ownership\nYou have Experience working with distributed teams in different time-zones\nYou have Strong commitment to quality, documentation and engineering excellence\nYou have Strong communication skills, problem solving skills and adaptability\nYou have Agile methodologies or iterative development processes\nYou are Self-Motivated and resourceful.
