services such as:\nGKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions\nBigQuery, Bigtable, Cloud SQL, Spanner\nPub/Sub, Memorystore, Artifact Registry\nCloud Storage and related platform services\nConfigure and maintain networking components including:\nVPC, Shared VPC, VPC Peering\nPrivate Service Connect, Private Google Access\nLoad Balancers, Cloud DNS, Cloud Armor, Firewall Rules\nVPN and Interconnect connectivity\nSupport environment provisioning, updates, patching, and operational maintenance activities.\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC)\nConsume and implement approved Terraform modules/templates\nExecute infrastructure provisioning and environment updates using reusable Terraform modules and templates.\nSupport implementation of Infrastructure as Code standards and best practices.\nAssist in troubleshooting Terraform deployment and infrastructure provisioning issues.\nContainerization & Kubernetes Support\nManage and maintain containerized applications using Docker.\nSupport workloads deployed on GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) and Cloud Run.\nAssist with Kubernetes deployment configurations, scaling, and operational support activities.\nSupport microservices-based deployments and orchestration activities.\nMonitoring, Troubleshooting & Operational Maintenance\nMonitor cloud infrastructure and application environments using Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Dynatrace, and related tools.\nPerform operational maintenance activities to ensure platform reliability and stability.\nTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, networking, and environment-related issues.\nRespond to operational tickets, incidents, alerts, and service requests within defined SLAs.\nProvide technical support to frontend and backend application teams for cloud platform and deployment-related issues.\nSecurity & Governance Support\nImplement and maintain IAM roles, policies, and access controls within GCP environments.\nEnsure adherence to organizational security standards, governance policies, and operational procedures.\nSupport secure networking and connectivity configurations.\nAssist with compliance remediation and operational governance activities.\nCollaboration & Agile Practices\nParticipate in Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release discussions.\nCollaborate with:\nPlatform engineers and architects\nFrontend and backend development teams\nDevOps and QA teams\nOnsite and offshore stakeholders\nMaintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks using Confluence and related tools.\nProvide regular progress updates on assigned implementation and operational tasks.\nContinuous Improvement\nStay updated with GCP services, cloud operations practices, and DevOps trends.\nIdentify opportunities to improve automation, operational efficiency, deployment reliability, and platform stability.\nContribute to process improvements for environment support and operational maintenance activities.\nSupport ongoing initiatives related to platform optimization and cost efficiency.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or comparable GCP certifications like Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer \n4-6 years of IT experience with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in GCP.\nHands-on experience with:\nGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)\nTerraform (Infrastructure as Code)\nDocker & containerization\nCI/CD tools such as Jenkins and SonarQube\nScripting (Bash/Shell, Groovy)\nWorking knowledge of:\nGCP services and cloud architecture\nNetworking (VPC, VPN, Interconnect)\nSecurity, IAM, and governance\nMonitoring and logging tools\nFamiliarity with YAML and JSON configurations.\nExperience working with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication
