For a brief 1 minute video about us, you can check https://youtu.be/uJWBWQZEA6o.\nTechnical Lead - Data Engineering\n\nPosition Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive our data engineering initiatives and lead a team of 5-6 engineers.\nThis role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise and leadership capabilities.\n\n Key Responsibilities\nLead and mentor a team of 5-6 data engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration\nDesign and implement scalable data pipelines using Apache Airflow ( experience with Airflow 3 is preferred).\nUnderstanding of Snowflake architecture.\nIntegrate and maintain real-time streaming applications using Apache Kafka / Spark Streaming\nBuild and integrate APIs across multiple systems and platforms\nDrive technical decision-making and establish best practices\nEnsure code quality through reviews and implementation\nRequired Qualifications\n\n7-8+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or related fields\nStrong proficiency in:\nApache Airflow (DAG development, workflow orchestration)\nSnowflake\nAdvanced SQL (complex queries, performance tuning)\nApache Kafka (streaming, event-driven architectures)\nAPI development and integration (REST/SOAP)\n\nProven experience leading technical teams (3+ years preferred)\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies\n\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to lead impactful data initiatives\nCollaborative and innovative work environment\nCompensation, Benefits and Duration\nMinimum Compensation: USD 33,000\nMaximum Compensation: USD 118,000\nCompensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
