proactively identify gaps and anomalies before they impact reporting\nCollaborate with the analytics architecture team to define event schemas, routing rules, and destination mapping\nFacilitate analytics requirement gathering sessions across multiple product pillars and synthesise into a unified tracking strategy\nDefine KPIs, success metrics, and reporting frameworks in partnership with product and business stakeholders\nPresent findings, data quality assessments, and instrumentation recommendations to leadership\nHands-on experience with Google Tag Manager - creating and debugging tags, triggers, and variables in GTM Preview and Tag Assistant\nGA4 experience beyond reporting - custom event configuration, custom dimensions, conversion setup, and BigQuery export schema\nExperience writing analytics specifications - event naming conventions, payload schemas, and acceptance criteria for tracking implementations\nFamiliarity with dataLayer architecture and how client-side events flow through to analytics platforms\nRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a similar role.\nStrong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets.\nExperience with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.\nExperience working in Agile product development environments.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred QualificationsExperience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.\nKnowledge of statistical analysis, experimentation, and A/B testing methodologies.\nFamiliarity with Python, R, or other analytical programming languages.\nExperience working with SaaS, eCommerce, FinTech, or digital products.\nExperience with server-side GTM or similar server-side tag management\nFamiliarity with the GA4 BigQuery export schema and ability to write SQL queries against event tables\nExperience in ecommerce analytics -
