This role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and product managers to ensure delivery of high-quality software products.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and testing frameworks\nLead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance and career development\nEstablish quality metrics and KPIs to measure testing effectiveness\nCollaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline\nReview and approve test plans, test cases, and test results\nImplement automation testing frameworks and best practices\nManage defect tracking and resolution processes\nConduct regular team meetings and status updates\nPresent quality metrics and testing progress to stakeholders\nDrive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on mobile application testing.\nProven track record of designing and implementing mobile automation frameworks using tools such as AccelQ, or similar.\nExperience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.\nSolid understanding of mobile application architectures, SDKs, and APIs.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nPrior experience in leading a team of automation engineers is a plus\nGood knowledge in Java Script\nCompensation, Benefits and Duration\nMinimum Compensation: USD 38,000\nMaximum Compensation: USD 135,000\nCompensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
