recommend improvements to enhance application performance and developer productivity.\nRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong hands-on experience in Android application development.\nExpertise in Kotlin and Java programming languages.\nStrong understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and Jetpack components.\nExperience with MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture, or other mobile architectural patterns.\nStrong knowledge of software design principles and implementation.\nExperience leading or mentoring development teams.\nProficiency in REST APIs, JSON parsing, and asynchronous programming.\nExperience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and third-party integrations.\nStrong understanding of UI/UX principles and Material Design guidelines.\nFamiliarity with version control systems such as Git.\nExperience in performance optimization, debugging, and memory management.\nKnowledge of unit testing and automated testing frameworks.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred QualificationsExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for mobile applications.\nFamiliarity with cross-platform technologies such as React Native or Flutter.\nExperience publishing and maintaining apps on the Google Play Store.\nUnderstanding of security best practices in mobile applications.\nExposure to Agile/Scrum
