support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules. \nManage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLAs. \nAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. \nPerform configuration changes and minor enhancements as required. \nWork closely with business users and HR stakeholders to understand support needs. \nParticipate in testing, release management, and production support activities. \nMaintain documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures. \nSupport integration-related issues involving SuccessFactors modules. \nContribute to future SAP SuccessFactors Smart Recruiting migration/implementation initiatives. \nMust-Have Skills\nHands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules. \nExperience in application support, ticket management, and production support environments. \nStrong understanding of SuccessFactors configuration and troubleshooting. \nExperience handling incidents, service requests, and change requests. \nAbility to work independently in a global support model. \nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. \nGood-to-Have Skills\nSAP SuccessFactors certification(s). \nExperience with SuccessFactors implementation projects. \nExperience in Smart Recruiters / SAP SuccessFactors Smart Recruiting. \nKnowledge of HR processes and talent acquisition workflows. \nExposure to integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR systems. \nCandidate Profile\nComfortable working in a support-focused role rather than a pure greenfield implementation role. \nOpen to supporting an existing production environment while contributing to future transformation initiatives. \nStrong customer-facing communication skills and ability to work
