In addition, the ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of AWS and cloud-based solutions, helping guide the team in leveraging AWS tools and services to enhance product development.\nKey Responsibilities:Agile Process Leadership:\nServe as the Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.\nFacilitate key Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.\nAct as a servant leader, removing impediments and helping teams stay focused and productive.\nFoster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the development team.\nStakeholder Management:\nWork closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication of goals, progress, and dependencies.\nHelp prioritize the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.\nEnsure transparency of team progress and issues through the use of Agile metrics (burndown charts, velocity, etc.).\nContinuous Improvement:\nEncourage teams to continuously improve their processes and workflows.\nLead and support retrospectives to identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement.\nCoach and mentor team members on Agile best practices.\nAWS Knowledge Integration:\nLeverage AWS knowledge to guide teams in selecting and utilizing appropriate cloud-based services to optimize performance, scalability, and security.\nHelp integrate AWS tools into the Agile development pipeline, ensuring streamlined CI/CD processes.\nAssist the team in maintaining AWS cost efficiency while building and deploying solutions in the cloud.\nTeam and Process Optimization:\nBuild strong, high-functioning teams through team-building activities and fostering a collaborative environment.\nAssist in the removal of impediments and blockers that may affect team progress, utilizing AWS tools and services when applicable.\nPromote and ensure adherence to quality standards, coding best practices, and documentation.\nQualifications: Required:Experience:\n3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, supporting cross-functional development teams.\nHands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.\nStrong understanding of cloud computing and experience working with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).\nSolid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native applications.\nCertifications:\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.\nAWS Certified Solutions Architect -
