services.\nDemonstrated experience designing user access, role-based permissions, or auto finance or lending workflow systems for external partner organizations.\nStrong hands-on collaboration experience with UX/UI designers, including participation in wireframe reviews and usability testing - not solely requirements documentation.\nExperience scoping and launching MVPs for ambiguous or undefined future user bases (phased product expansion).\nFamiliarity with loan servicing, payoff processing, or similar lending/financial transaction workflows strongly preferred.\nWorking knowledge of data analytics tools for KPI tracking and backlog prioritization.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery methodologies\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning engineering, compliance, risk, and business teams around a shared roadmap.\nPrior experience in automotive finance, dealer-facing systems or similar partner portals is a strong plus.\nBackground in regulatory/compliance-constrained product environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and own the product roadmap, lead discovery and scoping for expansion.\nTranslate business and operational needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering and design can act on.\nPrioritize the backlog based on impact, operational risk, compliance requirements, and business value.\nLead the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization, including planning for expansion to other providers.\nWork hands-in with UX/UI designers from discovery through delivery, including wireframe reviews, usability testing, and iterative design critique not just requirements handoff.\nPartner with security, compliance, and engineering to ensure access controls meet enterprise and regulatory standards.\nUnderstand and define the data, validations, and business rules.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce manual handling and processing delays through digital workflow design.\nDefine edge cases such as user offboarding, re-approval, dealer-level access changes, and escalation paths for denied or pending registrations.\nChampion a design-informed, user-centered approach to prioritization, balancing dealer usability with internal compliance and risk needs.\nPartner with compliance, risk, and legal teams to define acceptable use policies, data retention rules, and audit requirements for external users.\nCollaborate daily with engineering, design, compliance, risk, operations, and customer support
