Your experience, skills, and input will be critical to our shared success.\nThe Expertise and Skills You Bring\n5+ years of quality engineering experience with complex enterprise web applications and APIs, including test analysis, design, development, execution, defect tracking, and reporting. \nB.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience. \nExperience and/or knowledge of both QA Engineering and Software Development. \nExperience using a Selenium / Serenity automation framework (Java based) is required. Playwright experience is also preferred but not required. \nProficiency with professional software development skills and practices: Coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, design patterns, Object-Oriented Design and Development, Software design principles. \nExperience with Agile software development methodology using Scrum. \nExperience with GitHub Copilot or other generative AI tools to increase efficiency and quality. \nSQL and NoSQL database experience. \nBDD experience or familiarity - Gherkin experience is a plus but not required. \nFamiliarity with Continuous Integration and Deployment. \nParticipate in understanding and refinement of User Stories, QA related tasks and test cases, functional automation, and product demos. \nLog defects/issues and work with team members to ensure resolution. \nParticipate in production release deployment verification on a regular cadence. \nStrong communications and problem-solving skills, and a strong team-player.\nCompensation, Benefits and Duration\nMinimum Compensation: USD 34,000\nMaximum Compensation: USD 120,000\nCompensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
