This individual will also play a key role in A/B testing strategy, experiment setup, performance measurement, and presenting findings to stakeholders across product and leadership teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and maintain web analytics implementations across digital platforms using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)\nDevelop tagging specifications and measurement frameworks for new website features and product releases\nPartner with product managers, developers, UX teams, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection and tracking\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions in Looker Studio for business and product teams\nAnalyze user behavior, conversion funnels, feature adoption, and engagement metrics to provide actionable insights\nDesign, instrument, QA, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using experimentation platforms and analytics tools\nDeliver clear readouts and recommendations from experiments, including statistical significance and business impact\nMonitor data quality and troubleshoot analytics implementation issues across web properties\nSupport ongoing product optimization efforts by identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for performance improvement\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or product analytics roles\nStrong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)\nExperience developing dashboards and reporting in Looker Studio\nProven experience defining tracking requirements and implementing event-based analytics frameworks\nStrong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, experiment design, and statistical analysis\nExperience analyzing digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, and behavioral data\nProficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization best practices\nAbility to communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders\nStrong attention to detail and ability to validate data accuracy across implementations\nExperience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, UX, and business teams\nCompensation, Benefits and Duration\nMinimum Compensation: USD 48,000\nMaximum Compensation: USD 168,000\nCompensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
