The role will focus on proactive monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production reliability.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive reliability, availability, and resiliency across application and platform environments. \nImplement and improve monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and observability using Datadog and Grafana. \nMonitor production environments and proactively identify reliability and performance issues. \nLead and participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution. \nPerform root-cause analysis for incidents and recurring production issues. \nIdentify opportunities to reduce operational issues through automation and engineering improvements. \nWork closely with application, infrastructure, and platform teams to improve system reliability. \nSupport operational readiness and production stability for application releases and platform changes. \nAnalyze application and infrastructure behavior to identify performance, capacity, and reliability risks. \nImprove troubleshooting and debugging practices across production environments. \nSupport continuous improvement of operational processes based on incidents and production observations. \nFollow secure engineering and operational practices. \nUse Jira and GitHub as part of the engineering and delivery lifecycle. \nRequired Experience & Skills\n8+ years of relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering, production engineering, DevOps, cloud operations, or related engineering roles. \nStrong experience with production reliability, resiliency, and operational support. \nHands-on experience with Datadog and Grafana for monitoring and observability. \nStrong experience with incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. \nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills across complex application and infrastructure environments. \nExperience working with cloud-based platforms; GCP experience is preferred. \nFamiliarity with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts. \nFamiliarity with Jira and GitHub. \nFamiliarity with unit testing and API testing. \nUnderstanding of secure coding and operational security practices. \nAbility to work closely with development, infrastructure, and platform engineering teams. \nCompensation, Benefits and Duration\nMinimum Compensation: USD 52,000\nMaximum Compensation: USD 183,000\nCompensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
