Using a holistic approach, conducts solution analysis, design, planning, and implementation for the successful development and execution of strategy. Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between IT and the business for the solution. \nCollaborate with technology and business stakeholders to develop a solution design for an assigned business capability. \nCollaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers and other Architects in shaping and aligning product roadmap and delivery of new features. \nPresent complex technical proposals to both technical and non-technical audiences. \nConduct POC as needed to evaluate new technologies and approaches. \nLead the development team during solution implementation, translating business requirements into technical language. \nWe need to effectively communicate with the Data Architect for table design. Additionally, we need to provide a contract for the data team to create the table design \nWork across multiple projects with a variety of individuals and groups. \nPromote re-use through inner sourcing opportunities. \nRecognize industry technology trends and emerging technologies, understanding how they apply to and drive adoption into organization. \nActively promote the mission of the company within the organization \nAbility to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results. \nDemonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity. \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills in a global organization \nStrong collaborative approach to problem solving \nWhat are we looking for?\n5-7 years of solution architecture experience: creating solution architecture and high-level design documents, solution decomposition into domains, API design, creating epics and stories for developers, managing implementation team. Creating contract document for data team \nMicroservice design experience, including REST based microservice API. \nDeep experience in AGILE/Lean development methodologies \nExcellent knowledge and strong experience with AWS services. \nGood knowledge of containerization tools and technologies (RedHat OpenShift Docker, Kubernetes) \nStrong proficiency with Java and Java frameworks (e.g.: Spring, Springboot), SQL and NoSQL DBMS (e.g.: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB), procedural and object-oriented development \nStrong proficiency in Kafka message queue \nGood understanding of DevOps processes and CI/CD tools. \nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills \nCompensation, Benefits and Duration\nMinimum Compensation: USD 33,000\nMaximum Compensation: USD 118,000\nCompensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
