Candidates with predominantly Project Management backgrounds will not be considered unless they demonstrate significant, sustained experience operating as a Scrum Master.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as a true Scrum Master, embedding agile principles and Scrum values across squads\nCoach squads to improve agile maturity, self-organization, accountability, and flow\nGo beyond facilitating ceremonies by:Identifying and removing systemic impediments\nDriving continuous improvement using data and insights\nChallenging anti-patterns and ineffective behaviors\n\nPartner with Product Owners to improve backlog readiness, value delivery, and stakeholder collaboration\nCoach teams and leaders on agile mindset, not just processes\nSupport squads in delivering predictable, high-quality outcomes\nFacilitate healthy team dynamics and psychological safety\nCollaborate with other Scrum Masters to drive consistency and best practices across the organization\nActively contribute to scaling initiatives where applicable\nRequired Experience & Skills\n Minimum 5+ years of dedicated Scrum Master experience (not combined with PM duties)\nDemonstrated success coaching teams from low to high agile maturity\nStrong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile principles\nProven ability to influence without authority and challenge the status quo\nExperience addressing team and organizational impediments, not just sprint-level issues\nStrong coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills\nAbility to work with multiple squads if required\nDesirable Experience\nExperience working in Scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Spotify model, or equivalent)\nExperience coaching squads within complex, enterprise environments\nAgile coaching or Scrum Master certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, etc.)\nWhat This Role Is Not\nNot a Project Manager role\nNot a delivery tracker or status reporter\nNot limited to facilitating Scrum ceremonies\nCompensation, Benefits and Duration\nMinimum Compensation: USD 40,000\nMaximum Compensation: USD 140,000\nCompensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
