This role combines leadership, mentorship, hands-on design expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.\nKey Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy:\nOwn and define the UX strategy across key digital products and platforms.\nLead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX/UI designers and researchers.\nChampion user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.\nCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to align UX efforts with company goals.\nEstablish and maintain scalable design systems and processes.\nResearch & Experience Design:\nPlan and lead user research initiatives (interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics review).\nTranslate insights into actionable UX deliverables: personas, user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc.\nEnsure a cohesive and accessible experience across all user touchpoints (web, mobile, apps, etc.).\nAdvocate for data-driven and inclusive design decisions.\nDefine KPIs and success metrics for user experience improvements.\nCollaboration & Execution:\nPartner with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.\nProvide clear design direction, critique, and feedback to team members.\nDrive consistency through documentation, design systems, and UI libraries.\nPresent UX concepts, designs, and research findings to leadership and stakeholders.\nRequired Skills & Tools: Design & Research Tools:\nExpert in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD\nProficiency with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Framer, Axure, Protopie)\nSolid knowledge of user research tools (e.g., Lookback, Maze, UserTesting, Hotjar, Google Analytics)\nFamiliarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1, ARIA)\nLeadership & Soft Skills:\nStrong leadership, mentorship, and project management capabilities\nExceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills\nAbility to balance user needs with business goals\nStrong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing)\nTechnical Awareness:\nUnderstanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) and development workflows\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum or Lean UX environments\nFamiliarity with design handoff tools like Zeplin or Figma Inspect\nQualifications:\n6+ years of UX design experience with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role\nStrong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, user research, and end-to-end product design\nExperience designing for web, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and responsive platforms\nProven ability to lead design thinking workshops and drive innovation\nBachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)\nCompensation, Benefits and Duration\nMinimum Compensation: USD 56,000\nMaximum Compensation: USD 196,000\nCompensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
