Execution Layer (TPM)You ensure work flows correctly across the system:\n\nalign teams around clear outcomes\n\norchestrate execution across product, engineering, and AI systems\n\ntranslate system needs into structured work (Jira or equivalent)\n\ndefine KPIs such as:\n\nsystem correctness\n\ntime to resolution\n\nexecution quality\n\nensure outcomes match expectations\n\n2. Correctness Layer (QA)You ensure the system behaves correctly (Agents to run QA for Unity):\n\ndefine expected system behavior across flows\n\nidentify where behavior diverges\n\nreproduce issues and edge cases\n\nvalidate fixes\n\nensure failures are:\n\nunderstood at root cause\n\nreproducible\n\nprevented from recurring\n\n3. AI-Native LayerYou design how validation and execution scale:\n\nimplement agents that:\n\nsimulate user behavior\n\ntest flows\n\nvalidate outcomes\n\nmeasure system performance\n\ncreate feedback
