Strategic Project Leads ensure the most important work is prioritized, resourced, and delivered successfully.\nThe Team\nThe Strategic Project Lead owns the delivery of a set of high-priority research and deployment projects. They partner with teams across the company to define goals, build practical plans, align resources, manage risks and dependencies, and drive projects through completion.\nThis role requires sound judgment, clear communication, and a strong sense of ownership. The SPL creates clarity where it is needed, helps teams make informed tradeoffs, and keeps everyone aligned around the desired outcome.\nIn This Role You Will\nOwn delivery of assigned research and deployment initiatives from intake through completion.\n\nPartner with researchers and stakeholders to define scope, success criteria, timelines, and operational requirements.\n\nPrioritize work and allocate resources across competing projects based on impact, urgency, and available capacity.\n\nBuild execution plans that define staffing, robot allocation, dependencies, milestones, and delivery timelines.\n\nDirect project execution across Research Associates, Production Operations, and partner teams.\n\nIdentify and resolve risks, bottlenecks, staffing gaps, and dependency conflicts before they impact delivery.\n\nDrive project reviews, stakeholder communication, escalations, and delivery decisions.\n\nImprove planning, prioritization, and operational systems as the organization scales.\n\nWhat We Hope You’ll Bring\nThis role sits at the intersection of program management, operations leadership, and research enablement.
