coverage\nOwn automation strategy, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives\n\nMandatory Skill Sets\n3 to 8 years of experience in test automation for web, mobile, and backend applications\nStrong hands-on experience with Playwright using TypeScript/JavaScript (MUST HAVE)\nStrong hands-on experience with Selenium (Java) for web automation\nStrong hands-on experience with Appium (Java) for mobile automation\nProven expertise in automation framework design and development\nGood understanding of test automation design patterns and best practices\nHands-on experience writing reusable utilities, libraries, and helpers\nStrong experience with BDD-based frameworks using Java\nExperience in API and microservices testing using Rest Assured or Karate\nStrong proficiency in Java with solid understanding of OOP concepts\nExperience in leading and mentoring QA/SDET teams\nExcellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to collaborate effectively
