This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm. If you have an open, inquiring mind and like to develop solutions for first generation problems, you will be right at home.\nResponsibilities:\nSet up and operate Haas CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture parts to tight tolerances.\nInterpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.\nPerform in-process inspections and final checks using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM, etc.).\nSelect appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.\nMonitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.\nCreate and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam software (mill, lathe, or multi-axis as required).\nSimulate toolpaths and validate programs prior to machine execution.\nModify existing programs to improve cycle time and surface finish or to accommodate engineering changes.\nCollaborate with engineers and designers to develop efficient machining strategies.\nMaintain machines, tools, and workspaces in a clean and safe working condition.\nPerform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with machines and tooling.\nFollow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.\nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma or GED is required\nExperience: 3+ year of experience in CNC Machining and Mastercam programming\nApprentice or technical schooling for precision machining (CNC or Manual)\nProven experience with HAAS CNC equipment (VF, ST, series, etc.)\nStrong knowledge of G-code, M-code, feeds, speeds, and tooling\nAbility to read and accurately interpret blueprints and related work instructions\nUnderstanding of GD&T (geometric dimensioning & tolerancing) \nExperience working with rigorous tight tolerances and minute measurements\nExperience with various materials such as aluminum, steel, stainless, and plastics\nAbility to work self-sufficiently with minimal supervision\nMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed.\nAbility to stand, walk, and remain on feet for extended periods of time during scheduled shifts.\nWhat We Provide:\nLow-volume, high-quality work (not high-pressure production)\nCompetitive pay + 401k match\nGreat benefits: Blue Cross medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, PTO, holidays, and more\nThe pay range for this position is $35 - $50 per hour.
