This is a full-time temp to perm position, Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm. Successful performance and attendance during the initial 90 days will transition into a permanent position. We are pioneers by nature; quite frequently, we are creating or building a device that will be applied for the first time, for a process that will be leveraged for an entire marketplace.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nSoldering and crimping of small gauge wires\nElectrical assembly of cables, wiring harnesses, electrical sub-panels, and cabinets\nElectrical testing and troubleshooting defects in electrical assemblies and cables\nReport failures and defects via company quality processes\nAbility to cooperate with others in a team effort to achieve quality, safety and productivity goals\nAbility to work overtime to meet production schedule as needed\nFollow 5S and lean manufacturing principles and practices in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment\nSkills and Requirements\nAbility to read and understand schematics and technical drawings\nProficient with hand crimp tools in the making of cables and/or harnesses\nFamiliar with IPC/WHMA-A-620 Cable & Wiring Harness standards, endorsement preferred\nFamiliar with standard D-subminiature connectors\nFamiliar with machine and cabinet wiring\nCan work with wires from ranging from 10 to 36 AWG\nSoldering experience is required, J-STD-001 endorsement preferred\nAble to work from a sitting or standing position for extended periods of time\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent is required\nAssociate degree or technical certificate in a related field preferred\nUS Citizen or Green Card required - evidence of permanent ability to live and work in the US is an employment contingency for this position\nMinimum 2 years' experience in related field\nThe pay range for this role is $25-$35 per hour.
