We are pioneers by nature; quite frequently, we are creating or building a device that will be applied for the first time, for a process that will be leveraged for an entire marketplace.\nWhat We Provide:\nBlue Cross Blue Shield of MA PPO medical plan with HSA. \nDental and vision insurance. \nLTD & Life insurance. \nTuition Reimbursement\n12 Holiday days off\nPTO and Sick Time\n401k with a generous company match. \nAnd much more\nResponsibilities\nInspect incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure they meet documented specifications.\nUse precision measuring tools to verify product dimensions and quality.\nMaintain inspection records, test data, and calibration databases.\nPrepare quality reports and communicate non-conformances through established processes.\nEnsure test equipment is properly calibrated and functioning.\nIdentify opportunities for improving quality control procedures.\nSupport production activities while ensuring quality checks do not hinder workflow.\nRespond to production quality issues in real time, ensuring they are properly documented in the company’s quality management system and appropriate actions are taken. \nMaintain inventory of non-conforming material.\nFollow 5S and lean manufacturing principles and practices in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment\nSkills and Requirements\nHigh school diploma or GED is required, Associate's Degree in a relevant field preferred. \n2+ years of experience in related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience\nAbility to read technical drawings and interpret detailed technical information.\nProficiency in using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and other inspection instruments.\nTraining or experience with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, 5S, 8D, kaizen or other problem-solving methodologies preferred.\nStrong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Suite.\nDue to ITAR regulations, applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders), or protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).\nMust pass a background check.\nThe pay range for this role is $27-$35 per hour.
