Full training and support will be provided.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nWorking alongside our IT team, your responsibilities will include:\nBeing the first point of contact for IT queries and providing basic technical support.\nHelping colleagues with everyday IT issues, including password resets and user access.\nAssisting with computer equipment, maintenance and supplies.\nKeeping IT records, systems and user information up to date.\nProcessing electronic forms, data entry and document uploads.\nHelping with data cleansing, mail merges and basic website/extranet updates.\nSetting up IT equipment for meetings.\nProviding general IT and administrative support.\nAs your confidence and experience grow, there will be opportunities to learn new skills and take on additional
