Stay ahead of trends, discover what competitors are doing, and find fresh media opportunities.\n\nCollaboration: Work closely with different teams to deliver seamless, integrated marketing campaigns that stand out.\n\nOperations Support: Keep things organized and running smoothly such as managing files, update trackers, and make sure deadlines stay on point.\n\nOther Responsibilities :\n\nData Monitoring & Analysis: Turn numbers into insights by tracking performance and spotting what’s working (and what’s not) for future improvements.\n\nMultimedia Creative Design: Flex your creative side by designing scroll-stopping visuals and marketing materials for campaigns and social media.\n\nContent Creation: Help craft fun, relatable, and on-brand content for our social media channels and blog.\n\nSocial Media Management: Get involved in managing and growing our social platforms, keeping the feed active, engaging, and on trend.\n\nAdditional Tasks: Jump into new projects and ad-hoc assignments; every task is a chance to learn, create, and make an impact.\n\nRequirements\nWho You Are:\n\nPreferrably a student pursuing a diploma / degree in Mass Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field and is able to commit a minimum of 3-months internship. \n\nAnalytical with strong attention to detail and a passion for understanding media dynamics.\n\nA proactive learner & a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently. Proficiency in English is a must. Conversational in Mandarin will an added advantage. \n\nGood copywriting, image and video editing skills. Highly creative, with a keen eye for design and detail.\n\nFamiliarity with social media platforms and trends.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, Canva, CapCut and other designing / creative content softwares. \n\nA team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPositive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.\n\nHave own laptop & a valid driving license with own transportation.
