Response.\n\n- Experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, Crypto, Web3, Exchanges, or other highly regulated/high-risk environments is strongly preferred.\n\n- Strong understanding of crypto asset security, wallet/custody security, blockchain security, or exchange security is a major advantage.\n\n- Experience designing and implementing security architecture for large-scale production systems.\n\n- Strong understanding of AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, containers, APIs, IAM, networking, encryption, and secrets management.\n\n- Experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and security monitoring.\n\n- Strong understanding of secure SDLC, threat modelling, SAST/DAST/SCA, API security, and DevSecOps.\n\n- Experience leading major security incidents and coordinating cross-functional incident response.\n\n- Experience with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2, or similar security/compliance frameworks.\n\n- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.\n\n- Ability to balance security, business requirements, engineering velocity, and user experience.\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- Previous experience in a crypto exchange/Fintech.\n\n- Experience with wallet infrastructure, MPC, custody, key management, or blockchain transaction monitoring.\n\n- Experience with SEBI/FIU or other financial/crypto regulatory requirements.\n\n- Experience building a security organisation from the ground up.\n\n- Experience handling high-severity crypto/security incidents.\n\n- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM,
