Our hardware is used in international missions developed within European consortia, including projects for the European Space Agency. Behind every flight part is a supplier who must deliver it on time, to specification and with the correct documentation. That’s where this role comes in.\n\nWe are a small, close-knit team. You would work directly with the Supply Chain Manager and our Logistics and Warehouse Specialist, maintaining daily contact with engineers, project managers and suppliers across Europe.\n\nWhat you will do:\n\nSource and order mechanical parts (machined components, assemblies, raw materials and surface treatments) and electronic components for our projects.\n\nWork with specialised suppliers, including machine shops, coating and surface treatment providers, electronics distributors and manufacturers of aerospace-grade components.\n\nTrack down hard-to-source items and manage long-lead-time purchases, including parts with limited availability, single-source components, allocation shortages and lead times measured in months rather than weeks.\n\nMonitor delivery schedules and maintain regular communication with suppliers.\n\nFollow up with suppliers by phone and email, escalating issues when necessary and coordinating corrective actions.\n\nTrack and oversee purchase orders, deliveries and payment statuses.\n\nSupport and manage activities related to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Information (RFI) processes.\n\nGather information required to support procurement and contracting processes.\n\nPrepare and maintain procurement documentation, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).\n\nMaintain and develop our supplier database, including contact details, capabilities, qualification status and cooperation history.\n\nEnsure effective information flow between suppliers and internal teams.\n\nSupport the team with day-to-day operational and organizational tasks.\n\nWhat we expect:\n\nUniversity degree - any field of study.\n\nAt least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, logistics or a role involving direct interaction with B2B suppliers.\n\nFluency in Polish. Daily contact with Polish suppliers is a core part of this role, so native or near-native proficiency is preferred.\n\nGood command of English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with international suppliers and business partners.\n\nGeneral technical awareness. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable reading technical specifications, asking the right questions and learning how things are made.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including confidence in conducting phone conversations and building relationships with business partners.\n\nStrong negotiation skills and the ability to pursue business objectives effectively. We are looking for someone who does not give up after the first \"no\".\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and well-structured processes.\n\nFamiliarity with Incoterms and international shipping.\n\nDetermination, persistence and a results-oriented mindset.\n\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.\n\nNice to have:\n\nIf you have experience or knowledge in any of the areas below, that’s great.\n\nBasic understanding of machining processes (e.g. milling, turning and coordinate measuring machine (CMM) measurements) and surface finishing technologies such as anodising, chromate conversion coating or passivation.\n\nFamiliarity with reading technical drawings and specifications.\n\nAwareness of quality requirements in regulated industries, including material certificates, traceability and first article inspection.\n\nExposure to export control regulations, including ITAR, EAR and EU dual-use regulations, or a willingness to learn about them.\n\nKnowledge of space-sector standards (e.g. ECSS) or experience working with requirements flowed down from a prime contractor or space agency.\n\nProfessional or academic experience in the aerospace, space, defence or advanced manufacturing sectors.\n\nGenuine interest in space technologies, engineering and how things are built.\n\nWhat we offer:\n\nThe opportunity to make a real contribution to international space projects developed within multinational consortia.\n\nA small, non-corporate team where your work is visible and your ideas are heard.\n\nProfessional development opportunities, including training, industry networking events and conferences.\n\nExternal training -
