ENGINEER\n\nLocation: Warsaw\n\nMain tasks:\n\nTake care of the system in all phases of its development: from concept and stakeholder needs analysis, through requirements and architecture definition, design, integration, verification, validation up to implementation and operations.\n\nCoordinate technical disciplines: mechanical aspects, electronics design, software, thermal and others; coordinate engineering teams of specific disciplines;\n\nDay-to-day contact with customers and other stakeholders; transform their needs into formal requirements;\n\nSolve technical problems during robotic systems integration and prototyping;\n\nPerform architecture and design trade-offs;\n\nMonitoring technical budgets;\n\nPerform system analysesFDIR (Fault Detection, Isolation and Recovery),\n\nFMEA / FMECA (Failure Mode Effect / Criticality Analysis),\n\nReliability analysis.\n\nPlan and execute validation and verification activities, including test campaigns typical for space systems;\n\nDocument abovementioned activities;\n\nCooperate on daily basis with project managers:Configuration control,\n\nSystem level work logic planning,\n\nPrepare Product Tree,\n\nPrepare Model Philosophy,\n\nManage technical work packages,\n\nSupport on task management (using GitLab).\n\nSupport Business Development Division in proposal preparations.\n\nRequirements:\n\nHigher technical education,\n\nAt least one year of experience as a Systems Engineer or related professional,\n\nExperience in aerospace projects as a Systems Engineer,\n\nFluent English,\n\nMS Office Suite,\n\nGitLab, Jira, or other task management tool,\n\nStrong interpersonal skills,\n\nGood work organisation, independence, punctuality, creativity, and analytical thinking.\n\nNice to have:\n\nExperience or education in the space or aviation sector,\n\nExperience or education in robotics,\n\nExperience in multidisciplinary activities,\n\nProgramming in Python, Matlab/Simulink,\n\nDOORS or other requirements management tool,\n\nGIT,\n\nBasic knowledge of laboratory equipment usage such as power supplies, multimeters, and oscilloscopes,\n\nBasic knowledge of CAD software,\n\nECSS standard,\n\nWillingness to travel occasionally,\n\nKnowledge in following areas:space environment,\nelectric motors,\noperation and application of robotic sensors,\nembedded software,\nthermodynamics, heat transfer.\n\nWe
