Working closely with colleagues and customers, you will help deliver a professional service while ensuring quality assurance, due diligence and regulatory requirements are met.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nSupport renewal retention by preparing documentation, completing due diligence and managing allocated renewals under £5,000 premium.\nSupport your colleagues with new business development. \nProvide claims and credit control support, liaise with clients, insurers and loss adjusters, and maintain accurate records in Acturis.\nProvide administrative and office support, welcome visitors, follow quality assurance procedures and promote Arlington at relevant industry events.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nA minimum of six level passes including Maths and English.\nDemonstrate knowledge of commercial insurance, FCA requirements and market conditions, with confidence using Microsoft Office; knowledge of Acturis or other insurance systems is desirable.\nHave previous experience in a client facing role,\nCommunicate effectively with clients and insurers, priorities work and meet deadlines, with a positive, customer-focused and collaborative approach.\nWhat You Will Get:\nAn attractive salary and benefits package, including 26 days’ holiday, a pension, access to healthcare support and a range of other flexible benefits.\nA collaborative and supportive working environment where you can develop your industry knowledge and skills and progress your career.\nA five-day working week is based on our London office in Mayfair with a salary of £25,000.\nThe opportunity to join the CII Level 3 Insurance Practitioner apprenticeship programme once employed with us.\nWhy PIB Group?\nPIB Group is one of the UK’s fastest-growing insurance businesses, offering real career progression, professional development, and a collaborative culture where your work truly matters.\nWe encourage our people to be collaborative, with entrepreneurship at our core.
