Due to continued growth and an expanding property product portfolio, we are recruiting for a permanent, full-time position in our fast-paced Broking team. Full training will be provided, alongside a competitive salary, benefits package, and excellent opportunities for growth and development.\nThe successful candidate will manage an existing book of commercial property insurance for a portfolio of retail brokers, ensuring excellent service in collaboration with your Account Executive.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nAct as a primary day-to-day contact for allocated accounts, responding promptly to client and broker queries.\nPrepare and issue renewal invitations, mid-term adjustments, endorsements and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner.\nObtain and collate risk information from clients and Account Executives to support marketing and placement activity.\nPrepare high-quality market presentations, submissions and risk summaries for London Market insurers.\nProduce and check policy documentation, cover notes, schedules, debit/credit notes and other related documents.\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nPrevious experience in the insurance industry, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to prioritise, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.\nIT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and confident manner on email and phone.\nSelf-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, staying flexible and effective under pressure.\nKnowledge of the London Market placement process (Desirable).\nCommercial property insurance experience (Desirable).\nCII qualification (Desirable.\nWhat you will get:\nCompany pension & medical cash plan\n26 days annual leave (Plus bank holidays)\nProfessional qualifications sponsorship + CII membership\nCareer growth within PIB Group\nWhy PIB Group?\nPIB Group is one of the UK's fastest-growing insurance businesses, offering real career progression, professional development, and a collaborative culture where your work truly matters.\nWe encourage our people to be collaborative, with entrepreneurship at our core.
