Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering initiatives that improve processes, systems and ways of working across the business.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to the future development of a dynamic and evolving insurance organisation.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nPartner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.\nGather, analyse and document business requirements, user stories and process flows.\nFacilitate workshops, interviews and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders at all levels.\nAct as the link between business teams and developers, ensuring solutions meet business needs.\nBuild stakeholder consensus, secure approvals and support informed decision-making throughout delivery.\nIdentify risks, impacts and dependencies to support the successful delivery of change initiatives.\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven experience as a Business Analyst within a change, transformation or project delivery environment.\nStrong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills, including user stories, functional requirements and process flows.\nExperience delivering digital, systems or technology-led initiatives, ideally within insurance, financial services or another regulated industry.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and build consensus across technical and non-technical audiences.\nKnowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies, with experience working alongside development teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a collaborative approach and focus on delivering business value.\nWhat You'll Bring\nA collaborative and positive approach to working with others.\nExcellent communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.\nCuriosity and a desire to understand problems, challenge thinking and identify practical solutions.\nAdaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\nA proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.\nWhy Join UWC & PIB Group?\nYou'll be joining a collaborative Transformation team at the heart of Underwriting Collective, helping to deliver meaningful business and technology initiatives that support the continued growth of PIB Group.\nAs one of the UK's fastest-growing insurance businesses, PIB offers genuine career progression, professional development and the opportunity to work on a wide range of strategic projects.
