The purpose of this role is to collect due and overdue monies associated with our client’s insurance policies. This includes any voice activity required when dealing with clients, agents and Introducers.\nThis role is instrumental in protecting our clients’ money under the CASS 5 rules whilst providing an efficient and compliant service to our stakeholders.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nEnsure a seamless handover from the QX team, where voice activity is required to continue the credit control process.\nManagement of own workload effectively prioritising to achieve agreed KPI’s and quality standards.\nSupport and work with other members of the extended IBA team to achieve departmental objectives\nResponsible for fully investigating and resolving queries linked to debt in a timely and accurate manner\nWork with key internal and external partners to achieve a positive outcome\nParticipate in debt meetings with internal and external key stakeholders\nParticipate in ad hoc tasks and projects as required\nProactively identify and support continuous improvement opportunities\nSupport audit and other information requests as required\nWhat we’re looking for:\nPrevious Credit Control Experience essential\nExperience in making outbound calls\nUnderstanding of P&L and the impact on overdue debt\nUnderstanding of business operations and key teams, e.g. SDT\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent problem-solving skills\nProactive query management\nBe able to work to strict deadlines\nKnowledge of multiple systems including Acturis, Websure, Applied Epic, TAM\nProven record of working to and achieving agreed KPI’s\nExcellent attention to detail\nWhy PIB Group?\nPIB Group is one of the UK’s fastest-growing insurance businesses, offering real career progression, professional development, and a collaborative culture where your work truly matters.\nWe encourage our people to be collaborative, with entrepreneurship at our core.
