# BIM Manager

About the role If you have ever watched four consultants' models disagree three weeks before IFC, you already know what this job is. As our BIM Manager, you are the person who turns the work of multiple engineering firms, our GC and trades into one coordinated facility instead of four arguing versions of one. We’re a true start-up; there is no inherited BIM Execution Plan to work around and there is no content library full of someone else's shortcuts. You will write the plan and have the backing to hold consultants and trades to it. This role is mostly BIM and VDC, and that is where the bulk of your week goes. It also carries the design-side admin that keeps the design effort auditable: transmittals, document control, review and comment logs, and meeting records. We are not big enough yet to split that into its own seat. If you’re ready to build and execute, this role is for you.
