Leading with clarity, accountability, and maintaining resilience. \n\nWhat you’ll do:\nCoach, guide, and develop your team. Set clear goals and grow capability. \nOversee branch operations, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and audit standards. \nTranslate divisional goals into local plans with clear priorities and measurable outcomes. \nManage budgets, track performance, and make sound decisions to achieve profitability. \nModel strong judgment and problem-solving in complex or high-pressure situations. Build confidence and trust with clients through clear communication and responsive service. \nLead through change, competing demands, and emerging issues. \nFoster a culture of fairness, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n\nWhat you’ll bring:\n5+ years of leadership experience in a customer-focused, compliance-driven environment (property, facilities, banking, insurance, or customer operations). \nStrata experience is a plus, but we’ll support your learning through a structured onboarding. \nProven ability to guide people, balancing accountability with empathy. Confidence managing risk and compliance in a regulated service-based industry. \nStrong understanding of what good service feels like for committees and clients. Financial and commercial awareness. Comfortable managing budgets and business results. \nStrategic thinking.
