In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for owners, clients, and visitors, while also assisting with day to day administrative and strata support tasks.\nYou’ll play an important role in ensuring enquiries are handled smoothly, records are maintained accurately, and our customers experience professional and welcoming service from the moment they connect with \n\nWhat you’ll do\nWelcome visitors and clients, answer phones, and manage reception enquiries. \nAct as a first point of contact for strata related queries, directing them to the appropriate team. \nMaintain a professional and organised reception area and meeting rooms. \nManage mail, deliveries, document scanning, and filing.\nAssist with data entry and updates to ownership and contact records (training provided).\nPrepare standard correspondence, forms, and information packs.\nApply privacy, compliance, and data-handling procedures accurately.\nSupport strata managers and the wider team with general administration tasks.\n\nWhat you’ll bring:\nFriendly, professional communication.
