Reporting to the Area Manager and working closely with the on-site Building Manager, this is a varied role for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organised and following things through. \n\nWhat you’ll do:\nWelcome and assist residents, visitors, contractors and service providers. \nRespond to resident enquiries and communicate information clearly and professionally. \nCoordinate contractors and service providers, including access and follow-up. \nManage parcels, building access administration and routine records. \nSupport the Building Manager with day-to-day facilities activities and escalate issues when appropriate.\n\nThis is a busy front-of-house environment. You’ll often be balancing resident enquiries, administration, contractors and unexpected requests at the same time. \n\nWhat you’ll bring:\nExperience in a customer-facing, reception, administration or coordination role. \nStrong customer service and clear, professional communication. \nThe ability to manage several competing requests without losing track of important tasks. \nStrong administrative accuracy and attention to detail. \nPractical judgment when resolving routine issues and knowing when to escalate. \nA reliable, collaborative approach with strong follow-through.\n\nExperience in residential property, facilities, concierge or a similar environment would be helpful, but is not essential \n\nMandarin language skills are highly desirable. \n\nThe details:\nLocation: Miramar Building, Haymarket\nHours: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm\nWork arrangement: Fully onsite\nReports to: Area Manager\nWorks closely with: Building Manager\n\nWhat’s in it for you:\nAt PICA Group, we want you to thrive.
