In this role, you'll help improve the way business information is stored, managed, protected and shared across our Microsoft 365 environment.\nWorking closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll strengthen SharePoint governance, improve information management practices and support the migration of business data into secure, well-structured solutions that enable better collaboration and decision-making.\nWhat you'll do:\nOptimise and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries and document structures. \nLead file migrations from network drives and legacy platforms into SharePoint. \nImprove permissions, access controls and site ownership across the business. \nEstablish governance standards for naming conventions, retention and document management. \nPartner with stakeholders to deliver secure, practical and easy-to-use solutions.\nWhat you'll bring:\nStrong hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.\nExperience managing permissions, site structures and information architecture.\nKnowledge of governance, retention, compliance and document management practices.\nStrong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.\nExposure to Microsoft Purview, DLP, PowerShell, Teams, OneDrive or Azure Files will be highly regarded.\nWhat's in it for you:\n\nAt PICA Group, we want you to thrive.
