standards\nInspect printed solder paste and component alignment for accuracy\nUnderstand and identify defects in accordance with applicable workmanship standard and class\nPerform manual placement of SMT and PIH components when needed\nLoad feeders for equipment and wash boards as needed\nElectrical testing of assemblies as required\nInspect product using microscope, halo light, and X-Ray as required\nStenciling and screening of PCBs as required \nTroubleshooting the pick and place machine when issues occur\nSkills Required:\nAttention to details.\nMycronic training / machine skills is a plus\nComputer skills.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, small print, and work instructions\nKnowledge of 3D
