The position requires regular travel across Europe and to the United States, with no travel restrictions.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the daily operations of the Eindhoven lab, including:Independently leading application development projects\nConducting product demonstrations in the office\nTailoring solutions to real-world applications\nEnsuring a safe, organised, and productive environment\nTraining customers and partners onsite in Eindhoven\n\nPerform product installations, training, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.\nCollaborate with the Application Science team to develop scientific content (e.g., abstracts, presentations) for conferences and exhibitions.\nWork closely with Sales colleagues, Support teams, and Product Managers to identify new business opportunities and share customer feedback.\nRepresent Picarro at conferences, trade shows, and customer visits across the EMEA region.
