You'll go beyond running checklists: you'll join projects from planning, decide what's worth testing, run the tests, chase down bugs with the people who can fix them, and tell us honestly when something feels wrong from a user's point of view.\nYou'll spend your time on product testing and testing operations, and you'll gradually take ownership of a project's test coverage.\n我們正在尋找 Product Testing Intern（產品測試實習生） 。與 Testing & Office 實習生不同，這個職位專注在產品測試本身：你會參與 sprint 規劃、了解專案脈絡、規劃測試範圍、撰寫測試步驟、回報並追蹤 bug，並從使用者角度提供產品回饋。適合細心、有好奇心、對產品有想法，並希望深入理解軟體開發流程的人。\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nSprint & routine testing\nRun sprint testing and daily template testing across iOS, Android, and web.\nReport clear, reproducible bugs and follow them through to closure before the testing party.\nKeep the iOS/Android checklists current - add steps for new features and clean up outdated ones.\nProject testing (as you ramp up)\nJoin sprint planning and proactively build context on each project (discovery vs. delivery, scope, risks).\nScope testing requirements and write test steps for the projects you own.\nAlign bug status (internal and external) directly with PM, product design, and developers.\nValidate that features actually work as intended, not just that they don't crash.\nProduct/Process feedback\nShare observations and improvement suggestions from a user's perspective.\nShare feedback and ideas to address the issues you noticed in the process.\nSkills We're Looking For:\nSome software/technical understanding (how apps are built, basic API or log reading).\nHigh attention to detail - you notice the small thing that's off.\nCuriosity about why something broke, not just that it broke.\nGood product sense: you can articulate why an experience feels good or bad to a real user.\nClear written documentation and comfortable communicating directly with PMs and engineers.\nOrganized, self-driven, and comfortable asking questions.\nBasic fluency in English (written and spoken) and conversational Chinese.\nNice-To-Haves:\nPrior QA, testing, or product internship experience.\nHeavy user of photo/video editing or creative apps.\nFamiliarity with tools like ClickUp, TestRail, or similar issue/test-management systems.\nInterest in using AI tools to speed up testing work (e.g., auto-generating test steps).\nNotes:\nWe're looking for an intern who can work at least 4 days a week for 6+ months.
