Moreover, you will play a critical role in helping the company grow to the next level by actively working with team members to provide information and insight. We would expect you to be proactive in initiating ideas that can help scale the company.\nWhat You'll Do:\nPut scalable systems in place. Lead a team to build legit financial and accounting mechanisms and processes (either working with external parties or building an internal team) to ensure we are in compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and related compliance requirements.\nManage and handle all aspects of finance and accounting, including treasury management, cash flow management, petty cash, payables, receivables, reporting, and analysis, and work on audits when needed. Advice on how to better utilize cash-on-hand.\nWork on financial planning and analysis (FP&A) - budgets, projections etc.Discuss and work with key members to create management reports and metrics to help business strategy decision-making.\n\nWork with the team to handle payment requirements, including paying bills, sending invoices, reimbursing employee expenses, etc.\nAdvise on the equity arrangements.
