This role requires building trust with the team while balancing the needs of both employees and management.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n Partner with Leaders on Team Structure & Performance\nWork closely with directors & managers on org design, team structure, and role clarity as teams evolve.\nSupport performance management: feedback, development, and difficult calls when needed.\nSpot cross-team patterns or gaps and turn them into actionable improvements (process, roles, common bottlenecks).\nNavigate Complex People Challenges\nBe the go-to person for addressing sensitive, high-stakes people situations.\nCoach managers through interpersonal dynamics, conflict, and performance risk with sound judgment.\nDrive resolution across functions, balancing empathy with business needs and long-term team health.\n Coach Managers to Build Accountable Teams\nShift from traditional “people management” to strong, consistent leadership behaviors.\nCoach mid-level leaders to build high-trust, high-accountability teams with clear expectations.\nHelp managers turn differences into productive collaboration (healthy debate, fewer silos, faster decisions).\nOrganizational Mediation & Alignment\nFacilitate alignment across domains when priorities, trade-offs, or tensions arise.\nTranslate vague friction into clear problem statements, root causes, and actionable steps that make the workplace better for everyone.\nAct as a connector across teams to ensure alignment while preserving nuance and context.\n Policy & Compliance (Taiwan Labor Law)\nMaintain and evolve people policies aligned with Taiwan labor regulations and company practices.\nAdvise management on policy interpretation and real-world application (consistent, fair, people-first).\nBalance compliance, risk, and practicality to support good decisions and a healthy employee experience.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n8+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related roles.\nStrong experience in performance management, org design, and leadership coaching.\nExperience handling complex employee relations and organizational challenges.\nSolid understanding of Taiwan labor laws and HR practices.\nExcellent communication in Mandarin and English;
