You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual direction for our products while helping guide and inspire a team of talented designers.\nThis role blends hands-on design execution with creative leadership - ideal for someone ready to step up as a mentor and thought partner while still getting their hands dirty with pixels, prototypes, and creative experimentation.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead and create visually compelling designs that elevate our brand and product experiences across platforms. Also develop concepts, mood boards, visual directions that communicate strong aesthetics and clear storytelling.\nProvide art direction and constructive feedback to help raise the visual bar across the design team.
