You’ll work closely with our Content, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver creative work across the app and beyond.\nThis role blends hands-on design execution, leading design projects and driving creative collaboration across teams, ideal for someone who loves getting their hands dirty with pixels, prototypes, and creative experimentation.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn and lead design projects from 0 to 1, such as templates, branding, and campaigns, from concepts and mood boards to final delivery, with strong aesthetics and clear storytelling.\nBuild guidelines and reusable patterns for your work, so other designers can work to the same standard.\nProvide thoughtful, specific feedback in design critiques with your peers.\nCollaborate across functions to ensure visuals are cohesive, and aligned with broader goals.\nExplore trends, emerging styles and techniques to keep our approach fresh.\nPresent and communicate your design decisions and rationale to the team and stakeholders to ensure alignment.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n3-5 years of experience in graphic design, branding design, or campaign design.\nA strong portfolio showing range across visual design.\nWorking proficiency in English, comfortable reading briefs, writing documentation, and joining meetings in English.\nProficiency in Adobe CC, Figma.\nIntegration of AI tools into creative workflow.\nComfortable giving and receiving design feedback.\nUnderstanding of US consumer market.\nNice-To-Haves:\nBackground in product design or marketing design.\nSystematic thinking on design.\nStrong storytelling skills in motion design, video editing, or interactive content.\nPassion for experimenting with new design technologies and tools.\nExperience leading a project or mentoring a junior
